An independent third-party security trustee is assigned a first charge (also known as a debenture) over 100% of the Property Holding Company shares. The security trustee holds this charge as collateral on behalf of the investor. In practice, the investors own the company which owns the property until the charge is lifted. This can only happen when investors are re-paid in full

The strategy of the portfolio is simple and straightforward, investor funds are used to purchase a diverse range of income-producing properties throughout the UK. The collective rental income is then distributed amongst investors to give a fixed-return over a 5-year period. The company are looking for ways in which to expand the portfolio on a daily basis, and if something weighs right, we are in a position to capitalise. The dedicated asset acquisitions team bring a dynamic approach to hand-picking real estate projects across the UK, specialising in strategic planning, regeneration, and active management. The company are targeting existing rentable properties for immediate income and strong chance of long-term capital growth.
